1. No Recognition 2. High Micro Management 3. No proper Corporate culture.. no much connect to HRBP to share Employee problems. 4.High work expectations without proper transitions. 5. Favoritism and no promotions. If you are dependant resource they will give upon asking repetitively. 6. Layoffs.. 7. Not a good appraisal system. If you are a fresher my suggestion If you don't have other opportunity don't gel to the team just work and logoff. I can more there are lot of things... I gave this rating after working in Canada project..I can't reveal the project name here. I heard some other project teams are good..but not experienced..more over this team won't allow you internal movement. The team members are good, work load and pressure is good to Handel if you are new joinee. Will get immediate help for process and doubts. The productivity tracking is lenient. WFH is 8 day a month

Management is a big disappointment. It will be better if you stay away from it even though you will be dragged in but you should know to dodge. All the sacrifice and hard work will be forgotten if you start asking questions and they will try every possible way to pull your grades down. There is no office party or any activity. Appraisals / Growth and CTC model are far away from industry standard. The substantial monetory and professional growth is becoming stangnant resulting to attiration almost every year. The attiration is more seen from the employees who have recently joined - they are not willing to complete atleast a year in the company.

The hybrid model that SS&C has adopted is so good and allow employee to collaborate with other personally but on your own terms as it’s only 4 days from office and that too when your personal schedule allows you.

One of the worst companies I have worked with. This is the first company where I saw people asking to cancel their Paternity leave. I mean WTH!! The management is very well aware about this issue that they have less FTE and more volume still they don’t hire people and make other employees life easy. There are people who don’t have alife apart from work and they expect the same from you. I mean C’mon man. First of all there is no such thing as training. You have to work and learn at the same time. In each team there are always people who will be on notice period and about to leave, and you will find them struggling, despite that they won’t hire people coz there are alot of people in line who are ok to join this kind of toxic culture. You have to work on weekends, weekdays and even on holidays and they will ask you to cancel ur leaves and work. 12 hrs is basic here it’s like 9 hrs in other companies. Also I have noticed the managers deliberately cancels ur planned leaves, first of all they don’t even approve leave and suppose in extreme conditions if u took unplanned leave then they will harass you.they take pride in cancelling leaves of other employees. Again on Paternity leaves - what’s the point of asking employees to take paternity leave after some days or after weeks. There is no point if the employee is not giving time to his family on this critical time. Heights literally. Less employees more work : the MDs flaunt their Mercedes but won’t hire more FTE’s. Yes, they are very well aware about the employees struggling with work and not taking any leaves still they ignore as they won’t get their share and keep cost cutting. Work culture is pathetic i would say where you are expected to work for 12 hours a day without any overtime compensation. If you cant work for the desired amount than you need to provide a medical certificate showing any illness as a reason of not working for more than 10 plus hours.
