Company is good for freshers or at least near about 3-5years of experience people in terms of learning. Not so much professional culture, they only appraise and appreciate the person who’s leading the project and not the project member even if he’s contributing more than the leader in the project to improve and grow. Very less salary growth according to experience and knowledge.

Poor management, poor politics only. Here seniors had a group they slowly reduce the weekly billable hours from the team member and adds the rest billable hours in them. Due to this that employee never gets the Salary hike and they distribute the money among themselves.
