Good work environment and teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but there is no fixed date to put salary,every month we getting in the salary after 12th and main things is salary is not crediting in account.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggles a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me geta taste of different roles within the same tea

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
