They exert extreme pressure on the teachers. Forcing them to work almost 24/7.even holidays are not holidays. Sundays are not sundays.. One has to perform her duty after coming to home. They don't give u any Medical leave. For one day physical issue they cut ur salary. They even don't give u ur CL readily. People will get traumatized after working here. I had a worst experience in overall.There is no min respect to teachers from parents and management.They will blame the staff for every single thing whether we have done the mistake or not.Too much of work, stress, pressure etc.

1. There is no staffroom 2. Poor Infrastructure including pathetic toilets 3. No respect for teachers from management. 4. Long working hours. 5. All teachers and principal madam is good. And school environment is very good.

Internal politics was going in the school. I was working very hard in the dombivali school. But Admin officer was giving nigetive report to AGM sir and principal. I was doing all work like that admission calling fees follow up calling and I have involved in the all events work of school. But suddenly they have gave me notice to do leave the job.
