Nothing! They treat their staff horribly with constant threats of expelling teachers for no reason.

Work-life balance is ZERO. They ask you to work for them 24/7 even after the school is over they don't let you go home and make you work extra hours for no extra pay. They also make you work at home by forcing you to take exam sheets to home and check them from there and scream at you if not checked. They are not at all supporting teachers they are not paying salaries giving heavy workload requesting teachers to come to school two days in a week and take online classes from teachers personal phone . No charging facility, no sanitizing facility and no interfacility provided to the teacher's
