There were no such think instead of Bad work pressure.

Dislikes

1) Poor CEO management 2) Marketing and Sales department is powerful than HR department so no one is going to listen your word 3) Instead of promotion they will give you Team with same salary and Your personal Target will be there. They call that Promotion. 4) No work timing if you reach at 9. Am then there are possibilities that you will reach home by 11.PM 5) Full of Travel without any compensation and Pressure to meet with more Customer without any product knowledge training. 6 ) Tracking Employees Location from There app which they install in your mobile. And they call again for proper Update. 7) need to call on Lead which they provide (most of there lead is Bogus) with in 10 Min. Or else they penalize or Shout front of everyone. 8) is a more kind of Call centre that any corporate. As a brother I will recommend don't waste your Career over here . They will Show there Success Data , Beautiful Office , international growth yo attract Employee. But everything is fake .please don't join...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
