No weekends. They say monday will be holiday. But on the night of sunday, they threaten employees to come on monday, saying that next week you will be having one public holiday , so this monday will be a working day. No respect is given to seniors. It's more of like a call centre job. No qualification is required. No matter how manypeople give interviews, they just select everyone. Square Yards Hyderabad management is very bad under Debayan Bhattacharya , he cheated with people and terminate employees without reason and partiality with people they are no use our mind , Manager abuses our employees, and Marked Fake Meetings ,there are No time management and all i apologize to say that but it's true according to my experience
