One thing that got lucky for me is that I got to make new friends who were in same situation, same mindset so it got easy for me to gel up with them.

Ahh where to start, This company is like second back up option for Ex Byju's employee. Within 5 months I decided to leave this company. Hire and fire system at its best, no job security, no salary security, they don't give you any travelling allowance, ticket size of the properties in Mumbai are in crores so basically it takes longer time to get the follow up converted which ultimately results in massive demotivation like just 1 to 2 conversions in 2 months , have to conduct site visits on sat and sun, if not done should dial 400 calls on that day, extensive travelling and to add cherry on top its been 8 months and still my FNF hasn't been settled even after providing 48 reminders via mail. One of the most unethical management system company. Final call out, you should definitely join this company if you want to experience a company culture where you will understand and help you to make sound decisions in future to which type of companies to apply for job once you decide to resign from this company within few weeks or months....Read More
