No coordination between HR and the hiring team. After getting selected in final round of interview and after recruiting staff took the documents for joining formalities. Later came to know that the recruiter who was a coordinator left the Job herself without any intimation then I got shock of my life that the Sales Head rejected me because of unknown reason.... The co workers are good .. the leaders are supportive and its a very fun loving environment to work.

There's no job security they just hire people in bulk and also fire people in bulk. Hectic working hours use to work more then 12hours a day still didn't get my full salary in any of the month. In the joining time they commit u different things like we have to do atleast one sale then we will get full salary + incentive and also they said we have to do cold calling and generate site visit but in reality we had to do cold calling generate site visit there was no travelling compensation we had to go almost every site from mahim, mulund, andheri, etc also if the deal happens we had to do the collection part collecting 5% from the customers we were not informed earlier about this. Infact there was no job training given they made us sit beside other callers and told us to listen to their pitching and start ur calling when u are comfortable....Read More

Worst company, no commitments, worst director panel, Tanuj Shori himself is a fraud. No ethics, forget about incentives, no salary, HR themselves don't know whats happening in the company, they just hire for sake of completing their targets

Absolutely no work life culture. You will be forced to work from 9:30 am to 8 pm. Sales team has to constantly send their location. Management is the worst. They abuse you in front of everyone. Freshers are treated harshly too. Travel expenses and telephone bills will be paid by the employee himself. It is basically a call centre job with doing 130 calls a day with no knowledge about real estate sites. Do not join this organization....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
