I am a ex employee of square yards. And I never wise to work with square yards again.

Dislikes

Square yards is not at all supportive in this pandemic and not even in that normal days. My FNF is still not been paid by square yards from last 8 months. And there is no future in square yards of any employee.

There is nothing to like. Squareyards is all bark no bite. This org cannot even hire good people as leaders.

Literally everything. I left the position as soon as I could. I gave them a huge sale of 2+ Crores. Guess what my incentive never came through. They bullshitted me talking bout some "rules" the top management is corrupt, when I joined the org there were almost 500 employees when I left the job there were about 200 so in 4 months time approx 300 people quit the org. No worklife balance. They make you stay at work until 8-9 pm if they require you to. No week offs on Saturday and Sunday.

The work environment is pathetic over there...no rules at all....no proper leads were given....slry structure is so poor....and most worst part is that...the company changes there rules every month....

Recruitment process was very fast and easy.

First they say we can give near by location from your home, which is not valid. They locate us long distance from our home. There is no Petrol allowance at all. The work pressure is very high. continuously calling done by the team but there is no job training for freshers. Pamphlets ( Paper bills ) want to distribute on road and public places for advertising and promotion, this is not accepted from seniors to employees who have need, and who are doing Graduated as well as doing Masters. This type of work can be done by recruiting 12th pass out students on daily basis. While selection is done, CTC is 2.50 LPA but fact is only 5 to 6k wages are credited in your account and other wages are on hold. Its challenging as I mention, continuously calling want to do. Data segregation is there while giving us calling data for Lead generation. Saturday and Sunday each person 6 site visits are compulsory. which is highly impossible some times.
