There is nothing to like, from the moment they interview they start to pressure you, the interview guy told me if I get selected then they'll call me and then proceeded to explain me how bad there salary and incentives system is in next 15 mins, even though he himself stated that I was not selected

It just shows how they are desperate and they'll let any chapri aur illiterate person be there, which makes the work environment insufferable and hostile, The interview started with what will you do for me, but what will your company do for me, the amount of pressure is overwhelming where from the moment I entered there office. the timing is not fixed , just one day off per week just adds insult to injury. They expect us to sell property of 1.5 crore and the your incentive for doing that is 10k , 0.7 percentage, which is pathetic.
