It’s Good environment and also good co workers to, they have 2 week offs , I think it’s a good thing in this square yards

The punch out time is too late it make take 12 hours , And the pressure is high is Friday

the way they manipulate your mind to work in sales.. They can brainwash you... if you are from engineering background they will just hammer on your mind and tell u can't do anything in soft company. the most profitable job is sales you can earn more money in less time but they dont explain struggle and the hectic days you have to cross with.

Dislikes

everything is disliked.. Except starting introduction after that just make calls go on site visits by your own company will pay you just the salary. nothing else

It's a good place to start off a career in Real estate, if you take the opportunity to learn all that is given. I like how they call people individually to appreciate them with sales

Dislikes

Too much unnecessary pressure, half salary per month if there's no sale in your account. Some times they use offensive languages.

U won't be paid if u give ur 200% and no sales it may be for 2 months or 3 months )Their is no proper support for freshers )They jst attract freshers with incentives but it won't come
