There is nothing to like about working at this organisation

The management is basically just 1 person and everything happens in his say so. This guy is harebrained and makes random changes in the organization's policies and processes based on his whims and fancies. As per him, all the work should be done but none of the center heads are entitled to even a room or a computer. He calls people i n the middle of the night and harasses about Target achievement. But ironically, no one can call him after 9PM. This shit-for-brains guy also happens to be the executive director of Medicover group of hospitals<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. So, the work culture at Medicover is also similar</mark>. The salary gets credited after 5th of the month. If someone wants to put down their papers, they don't check why the attrition is happening. They just kick the person out and get someone else.
