The work culture is awesome, with no pressure and no office politics. It's just a great place to learn, grow and collaborate. I highly recommend it!

There's multiple things disliking the company. 1. They hire in bulk when there's a demand of business and then in 3 months the process gets Ramp down and they fire people and this time they fired around 300 people. 2. They certainly do not follow their policy the managers and HR'S do of their own not being professional at all. 3. The manager are being very unprofessional here So as the HR.
