1. Management is inexperienced and unprofessional without any experience. 2. Work-life balance is just a joke here. You need to work on week offs also most of the time. 3. They don’t pay salary on time. I worked there for 5 months and they didn’t pay me my salary on time at least for one month. They will pay you salary 15-20 days after the payment date. It is like working for free. 4. As a nutritionist I never worked as a nutritionist there. They made me to work as a sales guy and distribute company brochures on roads several times. 5. They won’t provide you any payslip or any document and if an employee needs them. 6. TLs n this company play lot of politics and steal ideas from team members and use those ideas as their own ideas and never appreciate team members. 7. Even if you are working very hard and completing your work on time and giving quality work, they won’t appreciate you. 8. There is no job security because this company is wantedly terminating employee because they are not able to pay salaries to their employees. I would never recommend anyone to join this company 9.
