The salary given was good. Bonus given in Nov and December because of heavy workload .

Dislikes

Worst communication system. Not allowed to communicate with colleagues via teams. They never cleared our doubts. Very biased with Indian colleagues. More preferance and attention given to Germans, Romanians and Polish. They should explore a country and understand the work culture before starting a business. Has always made us feel that we Indians don't know to work, while they themselves are extremely poor in technology. Very bad and false advertising of the company's products. Extremely rude. Never gave us any feedback. No increments....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
