Amazon Product Listing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Listing Specialist to optimize product listings on the Amazon marketplace and track sales performance. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are accurately listed, optimized, and continuously updated to maximize visibility, drive sales, and increase profitability. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content.
• Enhance product visibility through keyword research, SEO strategies, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and sales trends.
• Conduct market research to identify trending keywords and competitor strategies.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and setting up alerts for reordering.
• Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback, professionally addressing any negative reviews.
• Optimize pricing strategies using Amazon's pricing tools to maximize profitability.
• Oversee Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with Amazons policies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, Coupons).
• Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and account health issues.
• Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Track and report sales performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Amazon Listing Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and the eCommerce landscape.
• Strong expertise in Amazon SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
• Experience in managing FBA and FBM operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating and managing PPC campaigns on Amazon (preferred).
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Team leadership experience, successfully managing and leading a team of 10+ people.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other eCommerce platforms like eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console and managing ad campaigns.
• Experience using Amazon-specific tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp.
• Basic graphic design skills to manage product images and A+ content.
• Team-building skills with a passion for developing a team and optimizing work processes.
