E Commerce Manager - FMCG Industry - Gurgaon - 4+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead our Ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a deep understanding of digital sales, customer experience, and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the e-commerce sales strategy and execution Sugar, Salt and Snacks business.
• Manage product sale on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. and also the companys D2C operations.
• Manage and optimize product listings, content, and promotions on the e-commerce platform to drive traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through continuous site optimization, product assortment, and customer support.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and best practices to stay ahead in e-commerce space.
• Manage relationships with key online retailers and third-party platforms to expand the brands digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in managing e-commerce, digital sales, or online retail, specifically within the FMCG or Food industry, is required.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, etc.) is required.
