Role & responsibilities

1. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

2. Shape and communicate our vision and mission

3. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

4. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

5. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities

6. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

7. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

8. Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives

9. Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals

10. Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communication.
• 10+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
• Experience in digital branding, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of market research, analytics, and brand performance tracking.
