eCommerce Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals.
• Develop comprehensive e-commerce strategies tailored to different brands, with a primary focus on maximizing sales on Amazon.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of marketing on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Instagram, and Facebook to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram shops, leveraging these platforms to enhance sales and brand presence.
• Demonstrate expertise in Shopify and various tools and plugins to optimize the online shopping experience and drive conversions.
• Analyze key performance metrics, including gross margin, net margin, top-line revenue, bottom-line profitability, and EBITDA, to make informed business decisions.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement tactics to achieve revenue targets.
• Display strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the e-commerce team.
• Exhibit excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in content creation, marketing, and design principles.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in e-commerce management, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Creative mindset with a flair for marketing and design, capable of developing compelling content and enhancing brand aesthetics.
