E-Commerce Manager

Job Overview:
Were seeking an experienced E-Commerce and Website Manager to optimize and oversee our e-commerce platforms and company website. This role combines technical expertise and creativity to enhance user experience, improve e-commerce sales, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Management: Oversee product listings, sales processes, and KPIs (traffic, conversion rates). Implement strategies to improve sales and visibility.
• Website Management: Optimize the website for user experience, update content, and implement SEO strategies. Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast loading.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and IT teams to align online strategies. Collaborate with customer service to resolve website issues.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor traffic and key metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular performance reports.
• Technology & Innovation: Stay updated on trends and explore new technologies to improve website functionality and e-commerce performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce and website management (Shopify, Magento, WordPress).
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
