Product Manager (E-Commerce) | UI/UX Experience Required

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in e-commerce who also possesses prior or current UI/UX design experience. You will play a critical role in driving the user experience and business growth by optimizing the website, improving conversion rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management (E-Commerce)

• Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for ensuring seamless user journeys and business growth.
• Work closely with developers, designers, marketing, and business teams to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications based on business objectives and customer insights.

UI/UX Design & Optimization

• Leverage UI/UX expertise to improve website usability, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flows.
• Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to refine the user experience and optimize the customer journey.
• Work with designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements.
• Ensure that the e-commerce website follows best practices for accessibility, aesthetics, and usability.
• Translate complex user needs into intuitive, frictionless, and high-converting experiences.

Technical Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of features and bug fixes.
• Prioritize and manage feature rollouts, platform enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Ensure that website performance, speed, and scalability are optimized to enhance user experience and sales.
• Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends, UX/UI advancements, and technology updates.

Required Skills & Experience

E-Commerce & Product Management

✅ 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce product management (preferably in D2C, retail, or fitness-related sectors).

✅ Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B Testing, and CRO strategies.

✅ Ability to work with e-commerce platforms (Shopware, Shopify, Magento, or similar CMSs). ✅ Experience optimizing checkout processes, payment integrations, and cart abandonment solutions.

✅ Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and conversion rate optimization.

UI/UX Design Expertise

✅ Hands-on experience in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).

✅ Ability to analyze heatmaps, user behavior, and conduct usability testing.

✅ Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first experiences.

✅ Strong ability to translate data-driven insights into effective design solutions.

Soft Skills & Mindset

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.

✅ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
