UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experience UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of product experiences for our products, ensuring that they are intuitive, engaging, and groundbreaking. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences that delight our users. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing and analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and specifications
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their growth and development
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma, including expertise in component creation
• Rapid acquisition of design system knowledge and its integration into design outcomes, along with the ability to contribute to and improve existing systems
• Familiar with various design principles and common design patterns
• Able to integrate user research, competitive analysis, data analysis, and other methods to independently complete information architecture, interface layout, workflow, UI design, design specifications, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies and/or needs
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
