Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking to craft designs that resonate with our users while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.

- Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes for websites and applications.

- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing.

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with brand guidelines.

- Develop high-fidelity mockups with attention to detail.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.

- Advocate for user-centric design within cross-functional teams.

- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.

- Conduct usability tests to validate design solutions.

- Continuously iterate designs to improve user experience.

Key Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred).

- Should have 3+ years of experience in similar role.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite.

- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (optional but beneficial).

- Proven track record of designing web and mobile interfaces.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
