UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user interfaces.

- Design and develop interactive prototypes to test user flows and gather feedback.

- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.

- Develop UI style guides and component libraries for consistency across projects.

- Conduct user research and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.

- Create user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.

- Ensure that the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and accessible to all users.

- Develop and implement front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bring designs to life.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

- Optimize front-end code for performance and accessibility.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma.

- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail.

- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
