UX Consultant - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (5-5 yrs)

Role : UX Consultant

Location : Hyderabad/Remote for Exceptional Candidates

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech

Relevant Experience : 5 + years

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement user-centered design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

- Provide expertise in design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and ensure designs are based on solid user data.

- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.

- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to final delivery.

- Create and maintain design systems, user flows, and detailed wireframes/mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the design team.

- Lead workshops and presentations to communicate design ideas and user experience strategies. Ensure designs align with business objectives and user expectations.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

- Advocate for UX best practices within the development process.

Other Requirements :

- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or consulting role.

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android design guidelines as well as their limitations

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

- Ability to clearly articulate design concepts, ideas, and strategies to clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Essential Skills :

- UX Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
