- As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing effective strategies to increase revenue and market share in the B2B sector.
- You will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new business clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of B2B sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target new business clients and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
- Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and customer success.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Stay current on industry developments and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing accounts.
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
