Manager- B2B Sales - SaaS (5-10 yrs)

We are a SaaS-based organization with an interview service (IaaS) at its core.

We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions. InCRuiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and makes hiring 1.5X faster.

- Lead the sales team in achieving targets for SaaS-based HR Tech products.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the HR Tech sector.

- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and partnerships.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

- Present product demonstrations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on

product offerings and market strategies.

- Proficiency in handling enterprise deals.

- Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively.

- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

- Mentor and coach junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and motivation.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

- 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within the SaaS and HR Tech sectors.

- Proven Expertise: Strong background in closing large deals and managing high-value clients.

- Leadership: Experience in leading sales teams and driving results in a target-driven environment.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience in handling a team of at least 4 to 5 people

- Networking: Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR technologies, trends, and SaaS-based solutions.

- Analytical Skills: Proficient in sales analytics and forecasting.

- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
