- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

- Identify and target potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

- Proactively prospect new clients and nurture existing leads through effective communication and follow-up.

- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of the company's products or services.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experience.

- Track and report on sales activities and performance, providing regular updates to management.

- Coach and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support on sales techniques and processes.

- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network with potential clients and industry professionals.

- Bachelor's / master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Knowledge of the company's products or services.

- Ability to travel as needed.
