Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm IST

Evolvous is seeking a highly motivated and skilled UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

About the Role: As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to visual design and front-end development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize design concepts.
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Implement responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of user- centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
