Company Secretary-TEAM Manager (Listing)

Job description

Must have knowledge as a CS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MCA and ROC compliance, as well as expertise in IPO and SEBI listing compliance & Stock exchanges Preference will only be given to candidates who have previously worked in a listed company or listing experience in a PCS firm .

Required Candidate profile

Secretary with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Post qualification experience: 5-8 yrs
Extensive knowledge of MCA and ROC compliance requirements

Firm experience will be preferred.
In-depth understanding of IPO and SEBI listing compliance
