Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

1: HR never provides salary slips 2: Managers doesnt know anything about tech and will try to prove themselves as experts 3: Fire you as soon as there project is completed . 4: Not K.T for anything just keep working for them without any work appreciation . 5: Salary never on time . 6: They dont have projects of there own and get them from freelancer websites. 7: No work life balance no leaves they want you to work on all saturday and sundays 8: will ask you shift your tech stack or leave the job 9: will ask you to get your own laptop to work for them 10: will ask you to submit your documents at the time of joining 11: No P.F deducted...Read More
