I got my new friends here that is the good thing here.

Dislikes

This organisation is not having a good ethics ! Company policy is very bad. I came with an dream but this was not upto the mark. I don't recommend to work here. Salary policies is also very bad. Changing the policy all the time and it will turn back to us in the salary.

I haven't worked here just attended the interview and it was horrifying.

I had a terrible experience interviewing with Spiceblue ( Design Agency Chennai, The Hive, Madras House VR) . I'm a fresher looking to kickstart my career in a field I have some knowledge about and the interview process was discouraging and condemning and the employer seemed very condescending. The employer kept telling me that I was not skilled enough and did not know much about the field ( which I would've accepted if it was truly constructive criticism ) but he repeatedly kept stating that I wouldn't add any value to the company and tried to play mind tricks on me and make me feel less confident so at the end of the interview I would accept an offer as less as 10 K which would require me to work 6 days a week / 9 hours a day. He stated that he was giving me a learning opportunity and providing me with the resources to learn and that I wouldn't add any value to his company. In conclusion, he was trying to exploit my services at the mere rate of 10 K a month and they're also inconsiderate of the current situation and working offline.
