It's a pool of talented people. If you are under dirrector Jeevan you are blessed you will learn enough. And understand what's work how you need to approach at hard task.

No appraisal or salary increments has been given to employees for almost two years. There are micromanagement and personal life discussions sessions going on rather than focusing on task.
