They don't give any appraisal until you sign their 2 year bond and don't keep their words at interview. They said we will give first appraisal after training period of 6 months, but after 6 months they said we will give increment after completion of one year after that they said you have to sign 2 year bond with them to get appraisal. And once leave job they don't give any experience certificate only reliving letter....Read More

For freshers due to the high work pressure, they will gain their knowledge very fast. Good colleagues

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. They do not treat their employees well. Management is hearing all the words of project managers, whether they have done well or not. I do receive appreciation from clients but due to the politics, their, appraisal is given low. There is no job security
