They don't give any appraisal until you sign their 2 year bond and don't keep their words at interview. They said we will give first appraisal after training period of 6 months, but after 6 months they said we will give increment after completion of one year after that they said you have to sign 2 year bond with them to get appraisal. Work-life balance is not good there, work pressure is very high. Job security is not there, it depends on the team you work.
