1. Don't join the company or get ready to suffer if you join. 2. Bad HR Policies like no salary in notice period and if you resign three months after hike is given it will not reflect on documents. 3. HR Manager and HR Team don't respond at all 4. They lay off employees in covid with short notice period 5. Manager with no technicaland management skill who want the work to be done no matter how it should be done. 6. No new projects are coming since last two years and they give u some freelancing work from Upwork 7. Worst Department in the Company is BIA Vertical manged so poorly that their managers don't even take daily team calls and have zero technical knowledge.
