I've recently completed my 1 year over here and would like to share some of my experiences. 1) Best working atmosphere and work culture. 2) Direct reach to management. 3) Flexible work timings. 4) Complete support to evolve and learn new things. 5) Continuous work appreciation. 6) Always treat us like a family. 7) Regular extra curricular activities

Dislikes

No such points as the complete sparxit team is very supportive.

A place where you can learn and earn. If you would like to start your career then SPARX is the best place in NCR, where your senior will treat you as a student and behave like a teacher.

Dislikes

You have to plan your leave 4 to 5 months earlier and if you ask for an instant leave OR even a half day it's like you ask for something.....

It good for fresher or those who don't want to focus on carrer

Only Rohit sir have good technical knowledge else seniors are just pass their time.

Company may be good but my manager didn't give me a chance to see the goodness in hell.

Dislikes

They are clueless and every department has few 7-10+ year old person working who never want to adjust a newcomer. Specially few managers like Richard are just hell. Although he might have strong technical knowledge but doesn't know the boundaries of professional behaviour. He humiliates experienced person as a school intern.

Likes

The company considers my needs and helps me work to the best of my abilities. They organize fun activities to help their employees take a breather and bond with each other, which I take part in and enjoy :)

Dislikes

I feel hesitant to take leaves, but that could be just me. It would also be great if female employees could get the option to take a menstrual leave AND a work from home to cover 2 days instead of just one during the menstrual cycle, although I am grateful for the change they've made in their policy (we can avail a day of work from home at the moment).

Some people are worst. Micromanagement. One manager and he puts high pressure. No work from home.
