Dislikes

After the initial growth phase, the positive work environment began to deteriorate as the employee headcount increased. This led to my decision to leave the organization. However, I'm optimistic that the sparsa team can address any current challenges and restore a productive culture.

Mon to sat working. No work from home Senior are not at all help full except one or two. Sad but true
