It's good consulting firm.They have clients across multiple cities mainly mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Salary is given on time.Overall it's good as company provides opportunities to learn and grow.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
