I worked for two years, including one year on a client project. Despite my contributions, there were no salary hikes or bonuses, which was demotivating. Management communication was poor and inconsistent, leading to confusion. The company lacked career development opportunities and sufficient training programs. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
