Good way to learn as they will load you with work

Dislikes

No life balance as you need travel whenever they will say and for 2 to 3months you will away and no work timings you need to work from morning 10.30 to early morning 2.30 also they won't pay ot or some extra amount

Working with staff of space Design is very excellent... Staff is also co-operating. But I travel 80km daily so I facing kinds of problem. Salary is also good. Overall it's a great experience of my life

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
