Almost a 100 year old organization in India that which operates, pays and even recruits in the pattern of Psu banks. The entire HR structure is like a PSU bank itself. Salary and increments are excellent. Job security is excellent.

Dislikes

1. Too much office politics. Managers just take no responsibilities and keep transferring the work load to junior staffs and sit till late night. 2. Tremendous insurance sales pressure in branches. 3. Promotion policies not tranparent. Internal job posting policies are not given to deserving candidates.
