Dislikes

24 Hours work - work -work, company makes to work 24 hours a day, this makes us irritate about the company. There is no aboard option in this company.

We had good work environment and Culture, here the company means our Team and the people around us and the Management, we feel very secured in this company, this is main reason i didt shift to any company even i got chances in very big companies also.

The work and life balance is very very touch, the work is very hard here and the we need to be ready for the new challenges we face daily

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
