UI team is not good, i work with Hyderabad team, the process and work culture very poor. struggling to get time sheet, some time funny part is 3-5days of UI work, need to follow up manager to provide a time sheet.

Dislikes

Higher management old school thinking and process, it is blocking me to always while coming up with new ideas.

Suitable place for women especially to work. Have been working for around 3 yrs n it had been a good experience overall to be a sonatian. Growth opportunity has a upper curve but takes some time to grow in the company, dnt expect rapid growth. Overall I am happy with my experience!

There are a few benefits like health insurance, learning new courses, and reimbursement. Those are good.

We were assigned to work in a client location, we didn't feel we were working in our company... once the client project stabilizes, we are released from them... back in the sonata bench, we don't get the other project/client. finally, HR asked us to resign from the job ...

Promotions are given if you kneel down to your managers else you are ignored. No transperency in terms of hike, appraisals. Projects are allocated based on their requirement and not as per your skills. They don't know how to utilise resources effectively. List goes on...

Asst general counsel treats you like his personal assistant. He even goes to the extent of asking you to draft emails for him so that he can just hit the forward button from their inbox. Work pressure is immense as the AGC transfer his work on his subordinates. You just forget work life balance after joining this team. Horrible experience.

Don't like anything here. Employees didn't get appraisal since last 2 years. And they are not at all employee centric organization. If you only care about salary with no growth, no work life balance, no leaves , toxic manager then this place is for you. I am taking about Delhi location.

Hired me for a project, after joining they mentioned project is on hold and manager and hr didn't gave any further updates about project. The manager stopped responding and they moved me to bench no proper information struggle to get into other projects because very less projects inside and they use very old technologies to work with and the experience was terrible after joining. They hire people as they have requirements but after hiring they will be on bench mostly because most of projects will be on hold at any point of time due to some issues. I don't recommend this company to anyone, poor management, no proper updates, people ignore to give the information. And there are very less projects inside the company. Totally waste of time here. I regret now, choosed to join this company, though I had another offer in my hand at the time of joining....Read More
