Very unprofressional. Scheduled interview which was very basic for my experience. Asked about salary expectation in technical round and then they didnt even come back with feedback even after calling them multiple times. If they dont have budget or intension to pay when it was clearly called out during initial HR discussion then they shouldnt have scheduled the interview in the first place

Old mindset. People do not dare to do anything new. They like to follow what they did for last 30 year's. No place for new innovations.
