Work environment is good. This is a good company for freshers to learn technologies. Good for knowledge and experience. Only for freshers.

Dislikes

Work pressure is dependent on project. They do not value about compensation. Do not receive any appreciation even on best work. And they do not consider compensation and appretiated work on appraisal.

Work Details

I was PHP Programmer. I worked on exciting and new challenges (like work on different payment gateways, CNC machine input script, etc,.) as I was fresher. Sometimes there was no task, so you have to test site you worked on again and again.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
