1. Fun activity on frinday. 2. The way the try to hold employees who put resignation. 3. Always open for discussion if employee have any issue but i would be great if discussion can end in good ways.

Firstly I would like to start with talking about the HR team, the kind of support and guidance you get from the team is just PHENOMENAL, they are really well trained on how to make the candidate comfortable enough, which leads to building a bond crossing the bars of satisfaction to just another level. Secondly coming to the work culture here is a well balanced mixture of corporate and homely environment, with friendly people around, be it an trainee or a highly professional staff. Thirdly coming to the management sector, I would really like to point out on how these guys really appreciate the efforts each and every employee make and being grateful towards it, makes them stand out of the crowd, hands down to this literally. Lastly talking about the company policy, where they have covered all the loopholes where the employee usually suffers in a corporate sector, is so well covered in their incentive schemes, which really appreciates an employees progress. Working environment is excellent ,team members are also very supportive as well . Management also provides great support in every situation. Team leader also work hard to solve any kind of doubts as well .

There are many things I like let's start with the work culture we have it's very chill and calm and then there is a fun Friday I like the most. Talk about support from the team it's very good they explained everything in a very simple It's easy to adapt.
