Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. And the HR zuber and manager Venkat both will help alot

Hiring in contract based is disappointed

Work Details

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as I have to extract the data from different databases and distribute to my team for further steps and creating reports I got recognized for all this effort.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
