You can try yours hands on new techs if you are keen but don't think of getting support. It's all upto you but keeping in mind the delivery date which is more likely to not match. Rest I haven't been much in the company due WFH situation so I can't tell more about it.

Benifits- don't even think of that🙄 You can learn but without much support. Its likely you will feel exausted after some time.

Learning curve is big and they follow a thorough process on each projects

Dislikes

Lot of things to dislike, the billable app takes random screenshot of your desktop, there is no privacy on your workspace, you're expected to handle and know a lot of things, but you don't get time to even adapt. Most of the projects are short term and more complex Architecture. No work life balance. Poor Managaement.

Softobiz providing all employees work from home opportunity, They have setup a distributed system to keep all the employees connected and centralised the data centre. Team members are very supportive and great place to work with.

Only thing I felt is that company has not yet established a standard process a growing company should have. It been more than 6 months and I have not even received any proper appointment letter from the company and I know many of my colleague. There are few refer and earn policy which I am still waiting to get paid. Had to remind the admin 100 times to approve my reimbursement. It took them 60 days to approve 800 rupees. There were few employee benefit policies in the company like compensation and all which has now been removed. Maternity off is just 1 day. These are few small thing that can be improved. Management is ruining the company now , they are always playing double games with employees,they are not even stay on their own words , worst thing is that compnay CEO knows everything but they are doing anything to fix it

I gained multiple opportunities to work on multiple different technologies, I was able to learn alot with a supporting lead and dedicated pattern for learning.

The monetary benefits are not good at all, they did mass hiring and then started laying off employees with minimum or no notice and also held the appraisals for 4 months and the amount give was very low not even meeting the average requirement.
